Kevin called to our home with Stuart Walker at the very beginning of our thought process. When we decided to go with yourselves for the sale of our property we were so pleased to engage with Kevin on a one to one basis.
Little did we know at the beginning of March what was in fact ahead for all of us. We had viewings immediately, each viewing followed an immediate call from Kevin with an efficient & precise, always positive update. Our house was sale agreed in 3 weeks.
Kevin negotiated professionally, keeping us updated the entire time. To say our experience of Kevin was as professional as it was personable is an understatement. He was respectful of the fact that we were selling our much loved family home, with walls of memories as well as ensuring we got the best price to enable us to “let go” positively, to enable the build project we are about to embark on in the adjacent garden!

With lockdown restrictions easing, Kevin immediately contacted our under bidders & had viewings with them & others organised again, in a safe environment for all. Our house went sale agreed again in 2 and a half weeks. Any delay since (despite everyone being ready to go) was due to the Bank! Kevin advised & negotiated the best price with the best purchasers for us.
