After 3 years of renting, I decided to sell and used Finnegan's as the selling agents. Luckily it was Jason who handled the sale also. From the start I found Jason to be professional, approachable, efficient and made the job of renting out my house as trouble free for me as possible. When he was away , I was passed to another member of staff, also helpful. Vincent Finnegan rates are reasonable and they are very honest. Not what I found with previous agents.
They were the obvious choice to sell my house. Jason was the sales person. Again he was very helpful and what I particularly liked and needed was his willingness to take on board my need for constant communication and updating. Again, Vincent Finnegan rates were good. They arranged regular showing of the house and just 6 weeks after it went on the market, it sold. I was more than happy with the price.
I would highly recommend Vincent Finnegan Auctioneers as a letting agent and also a selling agent and Jason is a star.!

Living in England also added to the potential difficulties in moving the situation forward. I have therefore been extremely fortunate in finding Finnegan’s. From the initial phone call for an evaluation the service provided could not have been better. Arranged meetings were kept to ,a plan of action was formulated and everything has been followed through promptly and as agreed. Communication via telephone, e-mail, and letters have been exemplary. I have been kept up to date throughout. Tasks such as house clearing and cleaning, sale of furniture and car, garden maintenance have been dealt with by the company. Advice was sound and there was a willingness to go that extra mile by liaising with neighbours to ensure the property was secure and researching things for me that I had little or no knowledge of because it related to Irish law.
All in all Finnegan’s have made a very difficult time and unusual personal experience so much easier to cope with. Professional throughout they have provided an exceptionally friendly, supportive and helpful service, it has been a pleasure to do business with them and I would highly recommend them.
